I use EdenSoy - the unsweetened kind - and I love it. Now, with a really hot beverage (I drink Newman's Own Organic French Roast mostly), I put the soy milk in a little jar and leave it out for a bit. Then I mix a little of the hot coffee in the milk I'm putting into the cup. Otherwise, sometimes it separates. It's worth the extra minute to avoid drinking Silk Soy Milk, which, for me, has betrayed their original values. But then, money seems to do that to some...
